Unlike other nonprofit consultants and coaches, we deploy a total organizational solution and framework that helps you to build, grow and lead your organization.
After scaling our church's outreach ministry programs to include a food pantry, mobile homeless outreach, basic needs program, homeless prevention then permanent supportive housing for homeless disabled veterans, we knew it could be done across all industries and sectors for community-driven work.
- In 2016 we officially started VMA Consulting with the specialty of nonprofit formation and LLC development services as the foundation for future social entrepreneurs
- In 2017 we expanded our efforts to capacity building and program development services for nonprofits already making an impact in their current communities offering additional consulting services
- In 2018 we moved into the online space creating workshops, courses, and training for the faith community that was looking to start, build or fund their community vision, developing the fundable church model that also covered consulting and management services
- In 2019 we extended our services to grant writing and management with an emphasis on consulting in program development and created a leadership development model that also covered consulting and management services
- In 2020 we opened our services to project management, program development, and design, instructional training creation and evaluation, and launched the hybrid model startup consulting and management services
- In 2022 we rediscovered our focus and created the Fund The Vision Framework, The Million Dollar Vision Framework, and the #GETFUNDED Model that would allow organizations to found, build, fund, grow, lead then scale their organizations over time. We reintroduced this segment into our consulting practice and have an entire Fund The Vision Model for churches looking to make the move beyond formation and embrace the crisis cause of the vision they have been called to pilot.
